1. Eligibility

This campaign is open to marketing professionals and decision-makers working within the IT/Tech sector in the United Kingdom.
Participants must be 18 years or older and employed by a company operating in the IT/Tech industry.
Registration must be made using a valid company email address. Personal email addresses (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) will not be accepted.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. How to Participate

To participate, recipients must either scan the QR code or enter the URL address from the postcard and complete the data capture form on the dedicated web page.
20 eligible participants selected at random after submitting their details will receive a free Clone Tech Pack.

3. Tech Pack Details

Each Tech Pack includes a selection of sustainable tech-focused items, including but not limited to: recycled drinkware, RPET NFC Mr. Bio cable, recycled wireless desk charger, USB/HDMI hub, RPET tech pouch, recycled metal pen, vegan sweets, and a personalised postcard.
All items will be branded with the Clone logo.

4. Delivery

The campaign close date is the 14^th July 2025 and Tech Packs will be dispatched within 48hrs of this date.
Delivery is limited to UK addresses only.

5. Bonus Prize Draw

Participants who receive a Tech Pack are encouraged to post a photo of their pack on LinkedIn, tagging Clone to be eligible for the prize draw.
The winner will be notified via email by 7 July 2025.

6. Data Usage

By submitting your details, you consent to Clone collecting and processing your data for the purposes of this campaign.
Your data will not be shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. General

Clone reserves the right to amend or withdraw this campaign at any time without prior notice.
No cash alternative is available for any of the items or prizes.
